I have been in sales for more than 40 years, specializing in technical support, account management and client relations. My goal is always to help my customers thrive by solving problems so they can focus on their own customers and growing their businesses.

My role at Dealer Direct Closets is to onboard and coach new dealers and make sure they understand our processes, procedures and systems. It’s my job to ensure you have everything you need to be successful. I’m always available to help and answer questions. I know how to read CAD drawings and understand the idiosyncrasies of closet system components and basic installation. I’m here to troubleshoot and address any issues, should they arise.

When I’m not helping customers, I’m at the lake fishing—especially trout streams in Wisconsin. I also have eclectic musical tastes and enjoy listening to good tunes while finishing our getaway cabin up North.
